NPLCC-funded projects for 2016

We are excited to announce our funded projects for 2016! This year, we funded 7 projects throughout the footprint of the NPLCC. Below are the seven projects and the project leads. For more information about these projects please see the official announcement or visit the 2016 project page.

Furthering adaptation coordination and planning for species and ecosystems in the transboundary Cascadia landscape, and assessing contribution of eDNA to monitoring priority species and climate indicators in two Cascadia watersheds, Conservation Northwest on behalf of the Cascadia Partner Forum

  4. Modeling the Effects of Climate Change on Fish-bearing Streams in Western Washington, Point No Point Treaty Council
  5. Understanding British Columbia First Nations Engagement in Climate Change, BC Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations
  6. Southeast Alaska Climate Change Summit, University of Alaska Fairbanks
  7. Developing a Southeast Alaska community-based stream temperature monitoring network, Southeast Alaska Watershed Coalition
